Laundromat FAQ
Our laundromat is open from 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Last wash is at 6:30 p.m.
Yes, our laundromat is fully attended so there is always someone to help if you have a question or need assistance.
We are a coin store. We have a change machine on site if you need quarters.
Yes, we do. We have 60-pound machines that can handle multiple loads and bulky items like comforters.
Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off your clothes for us to wash, dry and fold anytime between 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. We are always attended.
We use only premium brand products for our wash and fold customers.
Our regular wash and fold service is $1.75/lb. and your clothes will be ready the next day. If you need your clothes the same day, it is $2.00/lb. and must be dropped off before noon.
Our minimum for wash and fold service is $10.
Your clean clothes will be ready for pick up in 24 hours.
No, we never wash your clothes with anyone else's.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer pickup and delivery service Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
If you know that you would like regular laundry pickup service, you can sign up for weekly or biweekly service. This service will be $2.00 a pound. If you want one-time service or sporadic service without any commitment of future orders, it is $2.09 a pound. There is an additional cost for areas outside of Hobbs.
There is a $10 minimum order. The minimum order is more for cities outside of Hobbs.
Your clean laundry will be returned to you the next day. Orders picked up on Friday will be returned on Monday.
Easy! Just click on the Schedule a Pickup button and input your information. It usually takes less than two minutes.
You do not. Just be sure to leave your laundry bags in a secure location and let our driver know where you will be leaving them when you place your order.
When placing your order online, you'll find a section labeled 'Preferences'. It is here where you can let us know if you have any special laundry instructions.
No, you don't. You can cancel service at any time but we know that as long as we continue to provide you with exception service you will stay with us.
When you place your order we will ask for a credit card. You card will not be charged until your order is complete.
We recommend putting your laundry in a trash bag that can be cinched closed or in a laundry bag.
You can always log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
